How to Order
Home Page - You can get back to our home page when browsing by clicking on the home tab at the top of the page.
Navigation - You can navigate to main sections of the site by using the navigation bar at the top, side or foot of each page. This includes access to Items and policy information on delivery, returns, terms and conditions and FAQ.
View A Product - Simply click on any picture to see an enlarged view and other details including a description, sizes and colours. Then simply select a size or colour to see stock availability and “Add to cart" to buy the item.
Any questions regarding any items please do not hesitate to email or contact us and we will endeavour to reply within 24 hours.
Search -You can search the site by description or keyword.
Stock availability - Is regularly refreshed to display up-to-date information. At the time of your purchase, availability will be confirmed. If the item is currently out of stock you may wish to come back to our website at a later date. As soon as more stock becomes available the site will be updated accordingly. Notifications will be best made available on social media sites
Terms of Sales – Please ensure you have read our terms and conditions and relevant information, such as delivery & refunds before placing any orders. All relevant information can be found on the foot of each page. Further information will be made available upon request.
Payments - Can be made with PayPal and as a guest user to use major credit/debit cards. The PayPal account or any card used must be registered to the account address. Card details are checked and verified and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained. Items can only be delivered to the billing address. It is your responsibility the details are correcot, Roohaya accepts no responsibility of loss incurred to inaccurate payment or dispatch address.
Order Confirmation - An automated ‘order confirmation’ e-mail will be sent to you once the order is complete. This will detail items you have ordered and the expected delivery dates. However, you will only receive this e-mail if you have a valid e-mail address registered to your account. Please allow 24 hours for the order to show in your account and check the ‘junk’ folder for the confirmation email.
In the event the confirmation email is not received, please email or contact us and we will endeavour to reply within 24 hours.
